While here to estimate the job, I pointed out some other exterior work on the home that needed attention (i.e., repair a siding corner piece, repair/paint some exterior wooden vent and some decorative features). Tom said HMS Services could do that work as well, and he included it in the total itemized estimate, which was very reasonable. Tom followed up with me a few days later, we accepted the estimate, and he had his work crew out here the next day to do all of the work. All work was completed that day, and they also changed some hard to reach spot lights on the back of the walk-out two house which had burned out.
