"We had a bathroom renovation on the first floor completed by Kimberlin Construction. We were quite happy with the process of working with the owner, Gary, and his team from start to finish. They were reliable, professional and friendly. Gary was honest and fair in pricing. The work required making sure our heated floors did not get damaged, and Gary and his team were creative in developing a solution to protect our floors. The team was efficient in completing high-quality work."

"Bruce, Dave et al are amazing. They listened, worked with me and my timeline, and gave us such a wonderful, beautiful product; our master bath, and full basement remodel are gorgeous. Bruce is paid weekly based on the work his team does, itemized statement, full disclosure and no surprises. We are hiring them again to add a deck to our home, and cannot wait for the finished product. /Gail & Brett Gordon and family."

"Professional and cost conscious. Very efficient and kept in touch about timeline. Great with communication when doing bid and during project. Highly recommend."

"We hired Dana King to build our garage and we were so pleased by the result we hired them to remodel our kitchen. Dana and her team do an excellent job communicating throughout the construction project, keeping to their budget, and their designs are simply beautiful. We couldn't be happier with their work to make our home a place of tranquility."

"We chose Terbrock Remodeling and Construction to build our new addition that consists of a 3rd car garage (with insulation and drywall), covered patio and uncovered patio for a hot tub. And we couldn’t have been more happy with the results. Tom and his crew are experienced craftsmen and they did a fantastic job. Early in the process, Tom was able to take our vision, help us firm up the design and provide a reasonable estimate. And the entire project was completed on budget. I can see why this construction company is in demand. If you’re dreaming of any size construction or remodeling project, I highly recommend taking your vision to Tom and start the process by getting an estimate. You might be surprised how close you can be to having your dreams come true. -Satisfied Customers"

Hello there! I'm a Saint Charles/Saint Louis native and an experienced carpenter and remodeller of 17 years! Been in my own business since 2022. I love to do beautiful work at reasonable prices. I am focused on design-minded small construction and carpentry--this means that I am not primarily so focused on flashy features and the newest updates, and more focused on how I can create a project with you that makes sense with your specific house and it's architectural design. I love working with wood the most but really love doing most anything on a home and happy to do handyman work here and there as well. Please reach out so we can start a conversation! I'm happy to offer advice on how to navigate the construction industry or send you phone numbers of other great guys if you need other services. I focus on approachability and a down to earth experience. I love doing good work, i'm easy to deal with and show up when I say I will. Would love to work with you!

"job well done, finished on time. martin construction and painting also did exterior painting on my previous home and some interior repair before I put it for sale."

"Newport was excellent! He came and welded a D ring and a hook to my John Deere Tractor and did a terrific job. I would most definitely recommend!"

"Master Remodel did a great job rehabbing my detached garage. Jacob initially took the time to really look at the project so he could give me an accurate estimate, and he, Brian, and the crew did a fantastic job. The garage looks awesome!"

"Great customer service they arrived on SAID time ON time. They didn't leave until the job was completed. I spotted one small flaw but nothing to complain about other than that they did a great job. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had to disposed of all the trash myself but they did put all the trash in bags and sat them outside nice and neat and it was also in the contract that the customer is responsible for disposal of trash. It was not a surprise. This properly why the cost was reasonably priced. I will use them again."
