"Andy was very professional and up front. Did a great job"

"Andy came out right on time. Very very knowledgeable of carpets, cleaning, and proper solution for the problem. Explained in great detail what he was doing and why. Super nice guy. I just hired him to carpet clean my whole house while he was here. I HIGHLY recommend him. You will not be disappointed."

"The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the cleaning in an hour or two. They cleaned the bedroom, hallway and step carpets. The carpets looked pretty good after the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal."

"Richard did a wonderful job! He was very knowledgable, went the extra mile to remove a spot for me in another room. The carpets look, feel and smell as great as they were when they were installed. Advantage Carpet Cleaners will now be my go-to for any carpet cleaning I do in the future."

"I work (a lot) and don't always get the house picked up so they can do a simple cleaning.  I have had cleaners who complained about that.   Scrubby Dutch people don't complain, they do a great job moving things out of the way, or doing whatever they can.  I am perfectly happy with what they do and very, very happy they accept it as it is.
I have found them to be flexible (cancelling for me sometimes if I need it ---some cleaners want a fixed amount per month ), moving days around if I need it, etc.
I get pretty much the same team all the time, which I like.
The company doesn't allow them to take gratuities, except during these holidays, which makes things easier for all of us.
Their cost is very reasonable.
In 8 years, I've never seen anything missing.  They did break 2 things over 8 years, and told me about both.  One was an old catfood tray and I forget what the other was, but neither were important.  I liked that they left me a note about it.
Theyhave always been reliable and done a good job.

"Could not be happier. They were meticulous with the windows, which look amazing. Took their time, even though it meant coming an extra day, to make sure the job was done well. Likewise, they were very thorough with the gutter cleaning. In addition to being satisfied with the service, they were both friendly and courteous. Plan to use them any time I need these services in the future."

"Overall the experience was good. They do good work for a fair price. Was it messy when we returned? Yes, but I'm told that the dust is to be expected everywhere, even places where they weren't working. Matt is very nice and professional. I would recommend him, but you have to stay on him when calling to see color samples, schedule appointments, etc."
