"I work (a lot) and don't always get the house picked up so they can do a simple cleaning.  I have had cleaners who complained about that.   Scrubby Dutch people don't complain, they do a great job moving things out of the way, or doing whatever they can.  I am perfectly happy with what they do and very, very happy they accept it as it is.
I have found them to be flexible (cancelling for me sometimes if I need it ---some cleaners want a fixed amount per month ), moving days around if I need it, etc. 
I get pretty much the same team all the time, which I like.
The company doesn't allow them to take gratuities, except during these holidays, which makes things easier for all of us.
Their cost is very reasonable.
In 8 years, I've never seen anything missing.  They did break 2 things over 8 years, and told me about both.  One was an old catfood tray and I forget what the other was, but neither were important.  I liked that they left me a note about it.

They cleaned up after themselves and left the house just the way they found it. The floor itself is very high quality. Our 80 year old floor look new. Matt suggested a special resistance polyurethane for the kitchen floor. I thought they were reasonably priced, given the quality of work they offer. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone."
