"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. "Estimate./proposal done by Bryan. Knowledgeable and professional. Did have to reschedule appointment due to equipment problem on a job prior to my estimate. Scheduled the work with office staff (Chris) for a couple of weeks out. Got a call the afternoon before installation that they would need to move to the next day due to having to stop an attic blow in install because of rain. Very apologetic. Bryan and Tammy arrived a bit later than scheduled due to back up at the warehouse where they were picking up the spray foam tanks. Bryan and I walked through the job and made sure we both were fully aligned on the areas to be insulated. Job went smoothly and was done professionally. He did a good job of covering under a bay window to be sure it was fully insulated. Cleaned up the area very well after they were done. They use a fully automated system to schedule and sign off on the contracts. You will need to be somewhat capable technologically through smart phone, tablet or computer."
