I hired First Rate Remodel to tear out my old laminate floor and install upgraded linoleum sheets and they went above and beyond in the install. Joey also helped me find and replace my subfloor that needed replaced. He did an amazing job in a timely manner at a great rate.

Had a support beam installed in the basement to support a new island in the upstairs. Beam installed jacked up and leveled the ceiling and finished beam with sheetvrock and texture and printed. Did an amazing job and kept work are clean during the process
