"Ben came to our house the first time to check out our situation and let us know what he recommended. He was on time, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We decided to proceed with his recommendations and he ordered an antenna for us. He came back to our house a couple of days before the hurricane to install our new antenna and remove the antennas installed by someone else last year that were on our roof. We were very appreciative of his willingness to come while we were trying to get out of town and he was trying to prepare for the hurricane as well. We are very pleased with the new antenna and with the customer service that we received from him. We highly recommend him."

Along the same line, moving an indoor antenna away from obstacles can also help. These should be near a window, as high as possible. If these steps don’t work, speak with a TV antenna technician about a signal amplifier to help boost your signal even further.

Yes, in general, raising your TV antenna will improve your reception. Besides raising the location of your antenna, you should try putting it by a window.
