My husband was most impressed with the fact that Casey and his crew noticed a need for an external electrical outlet when remodeling our kitchen and one day we came home to find the outlet in place and ready to be used. We have one remodel project left in our house -the dreaded bathroom. We will be using Harris Renovations to complete the final project, knowing that we are in good hands. "Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

He also diagnosed the issue we have been having and quoted me a very reasonable price to replace the pipe. I will definitely be calling him to replace the main line when we are ready. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience."
