"I chose the company based on a referral from a friend who was having their roof replaced at the same time. The work performed was good. The communications during the process was very good at first, then half way through the job my contact was let go and it took me weeks to get someone from the company to return my calls. I went from hearing from the company weekly to no contact for several weeks. I found the handling of the situation to be poor. The only way I knew what had happened was the man who was let go told me and gave me who the contact would be. Could never get the contact at the company to return my calls. I finally did reach the manager who was rather abrupt, but they finally finished the job. While the work was good, the customer service was less than desirable. The excuse I got was that they were swamped with storm business; that is no excuse for poor communication. If you can't keep up with the volume, you should only solicit what you can handle."
