"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

"Josh will spend as much time as necessary to inform you of products with options to meet need and budget. Level headed and practical, his past performance and customer experiences will bring your possible unforeseen future problems into focus and avoid future hiccups or problems in years to come. Cash will help advance discount discussions FYI. He may even invite you to one of his great Bible studies, or talk generally about salvation. He s a great fellow."

I’ve been hauling junk and cleaning up metal for about 18 years now. I started out just helping people get rid of stuff they didn’t want anymore, and it turned into something I enjoy doing. I’ve seen it all — old appliances, scrap metal, trashed homes. I make the job site look clean and neat and always maintain professionalism.

Junk removal usually includes removing unwanted items from your property, loading it into a dumpster or a truck, and then carting the junk off of your property to be disposed of at a dump site. In most cases, your dumping fees—charged by the dump site—are included in your estimate, but you might want to confirm this expense with your junk removal team. Some junk removal companies offer additional services, like a deep clean after junk removal and moving and packing services, in case you’re getting rid of garbage as part of your relocation efforts.

The cost of junk removal services for private garbage collection factors in wages for labor, the cost of maintaining and operating vehicles and trailers to haul garbage to a dump or recycling center. Landfills also charge a fee to dump garbage, which varies depending on what kind of waste it is.

Costs range from $200 to $1,000, depending on volume, material type, and labor.

Roughing in and connecting utilities are the hardest parts of finishing a basement, and they’re the parts we typically don’t recommend doing as a DIY project. Unfortunately, your finishing timeline can be extended by weeks while you wait for contractors and inspectors to install electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and heating/cooling equipment and carry out inspections.

Yes, if you have a vehicle suitable for transporting concrete, you can manually load the pieces, drive to the dump, and dispose of the concrete. If you have access to a public dump, you may not have to pay per visit, but private dumps will usually charge based on the weight and type of debris. As you can imagine, dumping concrete can get expensive using a private dump site. Hiring a professional concrete disposal company is usually a better option to get the job done quickly and safely.
