"I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh, who did an outstanding job installing a beautiful waterfall in my yard. From the start, he understood exactly what I needed and offered a wealth of creative ideas to choose from. His expertise and attention to detail truly made a difference in the final result. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I would 100% hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone considering adding a water feature to their home. Thank you, Josh, for transforming my outdoor space! Kyle"

"Sean did an amazing job on taking out my old landscaping including a huge pear tree. He designed a beautiful wall and planter in the front, installed a drainage system for my backyard as well as fixed my fence and was patient with me throughout the process. He's a great guy, hard worker and was meticulous in leaving my property each day. He cleaned up and you couldn't tell he was there. He also installed new drainage under my new landscaping. A+++ experience and I will hire him to do any more work I need. Appreciate the beautiful work, Sean! I love my transformed outside!"

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Pond installation costs typically range from $1,500 to $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the pond's size, the materials used, excavation requirements, and any additional features such as waterfalls, lighting, or specialized habitats for fish like koi.

Regularly clean pumps, remove debris, and monitor water levels to prevent algae growth and clogging.

Natural swimming pools are designed to deter pests, including mosquitoes. While any body of water can potentially attract pests, the natural filtration system keeps the water clean and constantly moving. Mosquitoes specifically are attracted to standing water, so the continuously circulating water in a natural pool makes it an inhospitable environment for them.

Natural pools don’t necessarily attract snakes, although there is a chance they could stop by for a quick visit. They’re not likely to stay, however, because there’s nothing for snakes to eat in a natural pool environment. A well-maintained natural pool has clear water, so you should be able to easily spot a snake before diving in.

You have several options for your pond by getting your yard ready for the winter. You can winterize your koi pond by ensuring it’s at least 5 feet deep so it doesn’t freeze completely, installing a pond heater or aerator and having it run at all times, and installing a deicer if temperatures are dangerously low for an extended period. You can also choose to shut down your pond for the winter by removing all the wildlife in it and bringing it indoors, cleaning out the filter and pump, and then covering the pond with a tarp.
