"The guys at Stabil Loc were very professional and did an amazing job. With the wet summer, we had this year, I noticed that my basement needed to be waterproofed . I looked up local companies in the area and they were the only one that stood out to me. I can tell you that the reviews I read online were so true. They did such a good job that their work did not detract from my day to day activities. I would recommend them to anyone. It is not common to find a business like this anymore who are so dedicated to customer satisfcation."

"Ed was here within an hour of my call on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.  He did a fine job.  Gutters are in much better shape.  He cleaned up the site well.  Courteous.  Professional.  Offered sound advice on the roof and related matters.  Efficient - stayed focused on the job and was done in reasonable period.
Found Ed in Angie's.  But learned when he got here that he did regular work with multiple neighbors.  These neighbors all keep their property top notch; so it was good reinforcement of the Angie's discovery.  We plan to have Ed clean our gutters on a regular basis."

"I am very pleased with the new retaining wall. Jason and his crew delivered as pormised. In fact, the job was completed earlier that originally commited and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you, Jason. I look forward to doing business with you in the future. Chris D."

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Koi fish should be in the shade and can’t be directly exposed to the sun. Consider building your koi pond in a shaded spot or hanging an awning over the top to control the amount of sunlight coming in. Learn how to design a landscape properly.

Lifespans vary by material and manufacturer, but pond liners last anywhere from 10 to 75 years. For example, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pond liners have a life expectancy of up to 20 years. Other types of pond liners, including those made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), can last 40 to 50 years.

Even if you empty your pond before the winter, there’s a good chance it will refill naturally. It’s ideal in most cases, then, to leave water in your pond and winterize it instead. This method will prevent ice damage and protect wildlife. Plus, it’ll lessen the steps required to reopen your pond in the spring.

Most pond installations take 3-10 days, depending on excavation, liner placement, and filtration setup.

Regularly clean pumps, remove debris, and monitor water levels to prevent algae growth and clogging.
