"The people on the phone and the workers that worked at my house were fantastic. Damien and Ernest were the installer's top rate people. Jack, their license plumber was polite and funny. The only person we didn't care for was Keith He only stopped by to look at what was going on. He was a little rude to my wife and Made her feel Like she was second class in her own home. We Were very shocked by that. We would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to our friends."

"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show. They were extremely friendly over the phone. I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM. They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect. They arrived at 10AM.
Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional. I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front. I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor. He immediately got to work. He wore footies over his shoes while in the house. He worked diligently and answered all of my questions. After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.
A very pleasant and hassle free experience. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.
The job also comes with a 30 day warranty which I thought was great and definitely put my mind at ease just in case something happened again."

"Sam did a major overhaul on an outbuilding at our new shop in Union, MO to turn it into and office. New roof, flooring, repaired lots of water damage, paint, and cleanup. The work was done in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable. They stayed within budget and let me add on a couple things. 😁"

"This was the most pleasant, professional and efficient company to work with. The price was fanominal at several thousand less than the next big boy company. The product is great! The time for installation was very low. The end product is exceptional. "David came out promptly for bid and again to do work. Replaced shower valve and fixtures. Plumbing isn't cheap, but I thought the bid was fair, and I was given a 5% senior discount. He and his partner were very respectful of me and my property, wearing Covid masks and coverings for their shoes. Clean-up was immaculate. They were professional in every way. I would definitely use Arrow Mechanical again and recommend to others."

"My installer John was fantastic. He did an amazing job and I am so pleased with his attention to detail and the way it all turned out. With my home being almost 100 years old nothing is plum or square. He was so caring and took his time and it came out beautifully. I am so glad John was my installer he is amazing."
