He spent a good amount of time with us at our initial meeting to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish. For the second meeting, we met with Jacob and Brian to go over some more items in detail. This is our first home and we relied on their experience when we weren't sure which direction to head into with some areas. The entire team was patient and respectful throughout the entire process, provided updates throughout our remodel, and gave recommendations when we needed them. Everything turned out how we wanted it to and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using them in the future for other projects."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
