If you are lucky enough to find someone that checks those boxes, they become your go to people for your projects and as well as who you recommend. "This is the second time we’ve hired GA Chott during the past 15 years. We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. We had an inspector ask us about who did the work so that he could contact them for a job in his own home. The quality and attention to detail were incredible. James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale. Again, she was always available for any questions we may have, and made it feel like we were their only clients. Darryll helped us navigate decisions and brought the full plan together. When we encountered a couple of small issues, he was quick to address and correct them, and assured that things were properly handled. This was a large, 8-week project. "Bath Fitter did an amazing job upgrading our shower. We had tile, but we were having so many problems with cracks in the tile and the grout cracking and causing leaks that we were recaulking every 6 months, to the point the shower became unusable. Bath Fitter gave us a competitive quote. The install took a full day. The shower is a larger custom size but they handled it like pros. They knocked out all the tile and green board down to the studs, took out the original flooring, reworked the plumbing, then went to work installing everything. They got done late in the evening but the shower looked amazing. We had to wait a few days for the caulk to cure, and we waited a full week just to make sure it was fully set, but we loved it right away. We chose the Delta 2 in 1 Hydrorain shower head and instantly loved it. The best part? Our shower no longer leaks! Very happy with Bath Fitter’s work."

Nick did a great job, bought the parts needed, placed the threshold, sealed everything up, and now the doorway is sealed tight and no more issues.
