"Finding someone trustworthy that does a great job with great customer service is hard to do. When the project is expensive it makes it more nerve wracking to decide who to go with. If you are lucky enough to find someone that checks those boxes, they become your go to people for your projects and as well as who you recommend. A few years ago I had Hoffman replace my driveway and was completely happy with their service from initial contact to completion. Years later I’m still completely satisfied with my decision to use them. Recently I decided to pour a shed pad and replace an old back patio. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind on who I should call. Like last time the entire experience was top notch. Jessica is amazing to work with from the start and is very friendly and communicative. The owner Mark really cares about the quality of work and clearly appreciates your business. His son, who runs the concrete crew, is also awesome to work with and really cares about a customer-first approach and performing quality jobs. The rest of the crew is also very engaging and respectful and performs high quality work. If you or someone you know is looking for concrete work I cannot recommend them enough. I have a high expectation for work done at my house and they exceed those expectations. You cannot go wrong giving them a call and having them perform the work. They will continue to be my go-to company for all things related to concrete."

"As far as we can tell, the work was effective at stabilizing our foundation, and the on-site crew led by Luke was great, informing us of their progress along the way. However, we expressed in advance our concern about protecting some of our landscaping. We were assured the crew would have boards to cover landscaping on which removed dirt would be piled. This turned out not to be the case. I’ve had quite a bit of expense and labor to restore landscaping that was damaged during the work. This damage could have been avoided. Foundation Recovery sends out $500 coupons to advertise for their work. My attempts to contact Joe and FRS to honor even a part of the $500 coupon to help defray my landscaping costs have gone unanswered. Our salesperson, Joe, was not present during the work and has not been responsive to our followup inquiries. We are very disappointed in the poor customer service from Foundation and its representatives. I cannot recommend this company based on their failure to address our up-front concerns, lack of response to our followup requests, and the false advertising that is associated with the coupons."

"Perfect! All our questions were answered timely and with extreme professionalism. They showed up exactly when they said they’d be here. The dirt work was done when they said it would be, concrete was poured exactly when they said. They cleaned up all their own tools and trash. They did their job and didn’t linger. They offered suggestions to make the concrete look better and not crack as easy. There were no questions left unanswered! We would absolutely use Levi and his crew again!!!!"

"Randy and his crew did amazing work for me. We had some bad luck with tremendous amounts of rain during the project and he always communicated extremely well what the plan was for that day and was very polite. Even with all the rain the work still got done in a timely manner at an extremely reasonable price. I will be using this company in the future and I would highly recommend them. You don’t always need big commercial construction companies to get the job done. Small business owners can do just of good as work and Randy and his company Inside N Out Services are proof of that. "I hired Andrew Browning to replace my sewer lateral. He brought his equipment in threw my neighbors yard after he was specifically told that was not my yard and he couldn't bring his equipment in that way but when I got home from work I found out he did anyway. He also stopped short of the sewer main and tied into the old sewer pipe and when I said something to him he argued with me telling me that's the way they do it and that the pipe from there was ok and clean and that he said he would go up to the main and thats up to the main. After arguing with him and telling him that's not acceptable he finally dug up the rest and tied into the main as he was hired to do. Then after back filling the trench he took the excess rock and dirty fill and spreaded over my yard instead of hauling it away and then argued with me that it's not his fault that there was alot of rock he had to dig threw to install the new pipe. Then he told me if I paid to have new dirt brought in he would spread over the rock and debris he spreaded all over my yard. He finally brought some dirt in himself that is mainly mud and clay and rock I can barely get any grass to grow in it and my yard is in worst shape now than it was before he started. Also were he tied into the cast iron pipe coming out of the house was right next to my gutter downspout drain pipe that after he was done I realized it was now missing. When I asked him about it he told me it was collapsed so he did away with it and just covered it up and did not say anything about and giving me the ability to replace it. I had to dig up everything he just did in order to install new drain pipe. He is the most unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with and the quality of his work is terrible. I will not ever refer him or use him again. Totally unsatisfied with my yard and the experience in dealing with him."
