We also had a doorbell that was not working. Eric took a stepped approach to solving the problem in order to minimize impact on our home and ensure we were fixing the root of the problem. He was able to identify and fix the problem at little cost. He also offered to walk me through how to fix the doorbell since it was the chime rather than the wiring (and thus save me money). "Josh and his men put up about 1000 sq feet of suspended ceiling in my basement to include 9 light troffers and 3 can lights, hooked up my vents I had ready for them, and also put in some wood to fill along some soffit area so I can install trim later.  They even pulled down the orignal wiring for the smoke detector and got that set up in the bedroom down there.  They did an awesome job - I just can say enough good about these guys.

"He came to my house, but never actually delivered the design. He asked for 2-3 wks. I gave him about 4 wks. I tried to contact him to follow up, but I did not hear from him. I have received a refund from Angie's List. He told me they were doing (maybe paving?) when we first met, and he's trying to do landscape design? It was only $39. When I first contacted the rating was A, and it was B when I last looked. Maybe it's a case of trying to do too much, or needing to narrow the scope of work. You can know/do a little about everything, or something about a little....not both."

Working with Tainter landscaping was quite easy.  As always with landscaping, drainage, asthetics, etc. are considerations and they offered ideas and solutions where needed.  I obtained 3 estimates and they were in the middle of a tight grouping.  I chose Tainter landscaping based on reviews, their length of time in business, and liked the fact that they local.  I appreciated that they were willing to finish up a project that I started as I am sure that is never the preferred situation for professional contractors.  I have another project lined up for them this fall."

"I called Keith to fill in a big hole in my back yard that was left over from an above-ground pool I had just removed. He gave me a very reasonable price estimate and we scheduled a date for the job to be done. He had to reschedule twice due to conflicts with other jobs he was working on. I wasn't in a big hurry to get the job done and my schedule was flexible, so it didn't really matter to me. When he did finally come, Keith and his crew did great work - well above my expectations. I was charged exactly what the price estimate was. I would definitely hire these guys again to work on my yard."
