"Daniel and Jeremy are the best at what they do. They show up on time and complete tasks quickly and efficiently and maintain lighting after installation with any needed tweaks. Not enough good things can be said about this company."
"They got right back to me when I called. They gave me a bid right away. I had a water main break plus several odd jobs. Sink needed a facet, bathroom running and a light that needed repair. They came when they said and did a great job with all my projects. I like being able to call one place and getting everything I need done there. Plus it was done for less than the quote. They cleaned up well too. No problems."
"Our porch light, which was on a Lutron dimmer switch, was all of a sudden blinking. Anytime Electric came out to examine and fix the issue, which turned out to be the wrong kind of bulb (non-dimming). When we changed the bulb, the blinking stopped. This was surprising to me because the bulb had not been blinking until this time. However, the problem was fixed. What was wonderful is that Anytime Electric did not charge for their visit, asking me to call them again if we have other electric needs. I certainly will!"
"He put in a light ballast that no one else could do. He replaced trim as well. They did great work and they were pleasant to work with. They were there for about two hours and did awesome work. I would use them again. They had all the equipment needed with them."
"He came to my house, but never actually delivered the design. He asked for 2-3 wks. I gave him about 4 wks. I tried to contact him to follow up, but I did not hear from him. I have received a refund from Angie's List. He told me they were doing (maybe paving?) when we first met, and he's trying to do landscape design? It was only $39. When I first contacted the rating was A, and it was B when I last looked. Maybe it's a case of trying to do too much, or needing to narrow the scope of work. You can know/do a little about everything, or something about a little....not both."
"1) Showed up on time (or called if delayed) for meetings--appraisal, work, job wrap up , etc. 2) Submitted a detailed appraisal. 3) I was always able to contact him with concerns or questions. 4) Accomplished the work as contracted in the time allotted. 5) Final bill was as expected. 6) Offered a 5 year work guarantee on the wall. Working with Tainter landscaping was quite easy. As always with landscaping, drainage, asthetics, etc. are considerations and they offered ideas and solutions where needed. I obtained 3 estimates and they were in the middle of a tight grouping. I chose Tainter landscaping based on reviews, their length of time in business, and liked the fact that they local. I appreciated that they were willing to finish up a project that I started as I am sure that is never the preferred situation for professional contractors. I have another project lined up for them this fall."

While most general electricians can repair lamps and light fixtures, it is often better to hire a lamp repair specialist. Many electricians prefer larger jobs, such as fixing electrical systems or relocating fixtures, and may not offer lamp repair services due to the small scale of the work. Additionally, some lamps, particularly antique models, require dedicated expertise that a general electrician might not have. A lamp repair specialist will be familiar with various types of fixtures and can provide a more dedicated service. If you have already hired an electrician for a larger project, you can ask them to look at your lamp, but for a standalone repair, a specialist is typically the best option.
The majority of potential burglars are amateurs looking to make a quick buck after breaking and entering. By installing motion-sensor lights, alarm systems, and security cameras, throughout the home, there’s a good chance you will deter crime on your property.
Options include pathway lights, spotlights, and smart lighting systems. Choose based on function and aesthetics.
Although security lighting may not deter a determined burglar, its presence will make your property that much less enticing to would-be trespassers. When paired with other types of home security systems like alarms and surveillance cameras, strong lights will better help you and the authorities identify thieves in the instance they attempt to break in or succeed at doing so.
The cost to repair outdoor lighting typically ranges from $100 to $400. The final price depends on the severity of the damage, the specific issue, the type of lighting system, and the parts needed. Some repairs are priced per fixture, averaging $100 to $300, and there may be additional fees if the lighting is difficult to access.
