After removing trash from the bathroom the bag was not replaced . She said trash removal was included but she did not remove the trash from the kitchen. She polished the hardwood floor but it was still dirty and I had to broom it later. I asked her to clean the cobwebs from the children's play area but they were still there when she left. The shampoos and soap dish were lying on the floor of the bathroom - the team did not put them back after cleaning the shower. I bought the $109 package for 4 hours of cleaning- I really expected more than this. I have had other cleaning ladies who had done a lot more in 4 hours at a better price. I was surprised considering this company had A reviews on Angie's list."

"Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."
