We entered into a contract with Chesterfield Fence and Deck (CF&D) in 2018 to remove and replace 38 decks and to update two others. We are very pleased with CF&D's work quality, professionalism and communication. The decks are strong, look terrific and will virtually eliminate the maintenance our prior wood decks required. While we did experience a few issues over the course of the project, CF&D resolved them properly, professionally and in a timely manner. CF&D really continually strived to please us. "This crew can do more than just decks and countertops! I purchased a mobile home that had serious water/mold damage. I also had a very strict timeframe to get work done so I could move in. They replaced windows, flooring, floor joists, ceilings, walls, and installed new showed with tile. Spray painted entire interior with primer (including walls and floors), and sealed roofing and exterior walls to protect from further water damage. They also identified other areas of concern to repair (e.g., heating/air conditioning issues; water line issues; and electrical issues). They repaired them all within allotted timeframe. I am extremely satisfied with the service and plan to hire them again (maybe next time for a deck)."

"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."
