He replaced the damaged sheetrock with cement board and installed new tiles. In addition to the original work, he had to re-install plumbing and add new insulation. The job included working over an old concrete porch that proved difficult at times. The crews leader was very particular in the details. Several times he didnt like the way something was coming together so he would stop and take things apart to make sure they were installing the best fitting/looking and solid porch they could build.
