My husband and I made a bet as to how long it would take them to load the truck, and I lost that bet. They were done long before my estimated time, and I had to buy him dinner! "Jim Pond and Amerigo Moving are very easy to work with. As the owner, he is very responsive and professional. His staff is experienced and friendly. Ours was a complicated move with lots of moving parts; (which included a piano move); almost everything went according to plan. We were able to work through small issues very easily and with satisfaction."

"Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."
