They did a fine job.

They were quick on time and very helpful for this last minute pickup and move.

I had the Company pack and move me. The moving aspect was ok. A couple of small things broken but I expect that in a while house move. My problem was the packing. Especially the kitchen area. Nothing was packed together. A box m8ght have had a saucepan, some fiid, part of an appliance so on.

The move was done efficiently and fast. They definitely knew what they were doing. I’d recommend them for a great move.

Junior, both Anthony's and Ty were amazing in how diligent they were to insure we had exceptional service! These guys were extremely meticulous on how they packed and handled our items. Moving into a new construction home we were hoping to get movers who would not damage walls etc. These guys set my fears to ease immediately. They took great care in setting walking mats down on my floors. They never hit any walls. My husband and I were truly impressed with their work ethic! We would and gave highly recommended them to others. We enjoyed visiting with them also. If you use these guys you won't be disappointed!!

They arrived on time and got right to work, they worked until the job was done. I was very happy with their performance. They did a great job! I would hire them again if needed.

Apartment to house move.

The movers were very friendly and on time. Got done quickly, would definitely use them again.

The move took twice as long as expected, and resulted in being twice as expensive. I scheduled two trucks and 4 movers, but only 3 movers and one truck showed up. Then a few hours in, one mover just up and quit. He sat in my home for 20 mins waiting for his ride, saying he quit because he was sick of his boss never giving them enough people because he took on too many jobs. More movers and a second truck finally showed up around 5 hours after they were supposed to be there after telling the owner I absolutely needed it, and had to convince him to get it out there. When they got to the new address, they didn't work as a team, they would simply carry one box at a time up and down stairs. Everything was labeled and color coated, but a lot of items ended up in the wrong rooms. The movers were nice and good natured (the ones that didn't quit), but kept cussing with every word under the sun in front of my small children. I could care less if they use that language in front of me, but not my 5 year old. When it came time for the bill, there was no apology, no explanation for what happened, just payment. Even through all the trouble, all the owner did was not charge me for 4 movers and 2 trucks the entire time, just the time we had them(other than trying to charge me for a truck and movers I didn't have this was literally the least he could've done). I had to argue with him, and eventually just caved to a price I still think was too high. I went with this company because the reviews weren't terrible, and they were much cheaper. I came to find out, they are cheap for a reason. I feel bad for the employees and the situation they were put in and also the berating and screaming I could hear the owner give them over the phone. The owner, Mike, needs to take some personal responsibility and learn how to treat people like human beings.

Both moves went well. The work crew arrived promptly. Furnishing were arranged, to permit safe passage from one room to another. Together both moves took less than 2 and a half hours.

I was satisfied. The guys worked pretty hard; I thought they gave extra effort to get my stuff moved as the buyer had cleaning people coming. The lead certainly knew what he was doing and directed the other two well. I had some damage but it was not more than I expected (mostly scratches on wooden tops) but they were extra careful on my china cabinet. They were OK with me leaving the drawers in; this was really helpful. I had a number of strangers in my house and there was a lot of commotion; someone took my laptop but I do not think it was the Anchor guys.

We have used several movers for similar moves and ANCHOR is by far the best. They are careful, work quickly, and are very professional.

Professional and careful. We were initially a little worried that they only do phone estimates, but the estimate was extremely accurate. Their prices are also significantly less than other movers we contacted. On the day of the move we had 5 guys and 2 trucks for our local residential move. Anchor arrived on time and went straight to work. The guys did a great job moving boxes and furniture out quickly. Once we arrived at the new home, all our items went back in without mishap. No damages to any boxes, furniture or walls. They moved furniture around if I wanted it set in a different place and disassembled and reassembled larger pieces. Overall, our move took just over 9 hours and we were very happy and grateful for their services.

We hired Anchor (twice) to help move my Dad to Sr. Living. Both times we had to cancel because of Dad’s failing health. Anchor was understanding and accommodating. They even called back a truck already on the way and only charged a nominal fee. We were expecting to pay the entire fee but he said he understood our situation and only charged us for his workers time. We ended up not having to use Anchor but if moves are in our future, we will not hesitate to use this thoughtful and caring company.

The movers did an amazing job. I had one very heavy (400+ lb) object that they very carefully maneuvered into the house without any damage. They also were able to carefully squeeze a queen size bed frame through a very narrow staircase. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and would gladly hire them again for a future move.
