"These guys are excellent. Probably the best in the business. They spent almost 5 hours cleaning my ducts and dryer vent and showed me live video of their progress. My ducts are now spotless and I couldn't be happier. The air quality in my home has greatly improved and dust doesn't appear again the day after dusting. The entire team is very friendly, professional, and informative. They cleaned up after they were done and even vacuumed some of my floor behind the sofa and also the dust off 2 wall shelves. That is going above and beyond. You can tell they truly care about what they do and also about the customer. They also keep their prices low without sacrificing quality. I will be using them from now on. They also love dogs and had no problem with my lab and shepherd running around annoying them. Great, great, great company!"

"I am a landlord with several properties. I have two major complaints with this vendor after years of use. First, they have gone to the wrong property for service by not listening to the service address requested. They don't have the software to store multiple address and have sent repairmen accordingly. Second, their phone service is terrible. Multiple cell phone calls were unable to establish a connection that worked. As a final result, I used a land line and it to was bad and after being on hold for ten minutes, I cancelled the latest appointment and will not use them again. Their service tech's are pretty good, if you can get them to the correct property."
