Most importantly, as the work began, more damage was discovered in the shell of the house. They went above and beyond to reassure us everything would be taken care of, including coming by daily to monitor the progress even though they had multiple jobs on going. They are extremely thorough, knowledgable, detailed and care very much about customer satisfaction.
