"Itâ s easy to write a two thumbs up review for excellence. Chaos Cleanup Crew Junk Removal heard about my Winter collection of household boxes and bagged trash piled up in my garage and texted me and asked me to call. It was that simple. Owner, Bill Hoxworth, came on time, and he and his handsome son, worked quickly and efficiently and cleared the place in under 20 minutes. I had fielded several quotes which were all over the spectrum and was happy to work with Mr. Hoxworth because he asked me to film the area so he could see what was needed. His quote was more than reasonable and came in at a fraction of all the rest who wanted me to estimate square footage of items to be hauled to fit their truck. (Please) Soft spoken, considerate, respectful, on time, more than reasonable pricing and family owned and operated. What a business! Do yourself a favor and contact Chaos Cleanup Crew Junk Removal and tell them Colette sent you. You can thank me later. Colette"

"Good with people and the kind of job that is need done"

"They did an excellent job! They called me after I made an inquiry about removing my clothes dryer. They gave me a quote and came out the same evening to get the job done. I was impressed with their professionalism as well as how careful they were while moving the dryer from my basement laundry room upstairs to the front door. The dryer was too big to get through the patio door so it had to be taken upstairs. After checking my patio door they determines it would be impossible to get it out that way without removal of the door. I told them it was brought in that way but only after the Maintenance guy took the door off and brought it in. I would recommend JR Hauling to anyone needing items removed from their home."

"Taylor was about everything you would hope for in a contractor. He communicated so well during the entire process. His bid for the service was accurate and reasonable, he dropped the dumpster off earlier in the day then planned, and picked it up as arranged . His service made our renovation job so much easier and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family in the future."

"Good service in certain ways but brought me sofa full of fire ants and broken big screen TV. Their sales pitch claimed they own their fleet but all I saw were Ryder rental trucks. Only my initial deposit was paid directly to mayzlin. I can't get anybody on the phone to talk about broken TV."
