I didn't realize that our grout was so dirty until recently and Dan and his wife did an amazing job getting it to look how it did when we purchased the home. They cleaned the floor grout/tile and the master shower and sealed everything so that we can more easily maintain the cleanliness of the floors. Pricing was fair and for the things that weren't able to be moved, such as the master bed and the boys bunkbed, he subtracted the footage out of the quote.
