Along with that, I had a constant fear of an electrical fire resulting from the units, because last year a young mother and her baby died in a house fire down the street from us, most likely caused from a space heater. When Schraer came to our home that offered to install gas furnace free off charge that was just sitting in their shop! We are truly Blessed and Grateful for their kindness and generosity! There are good people out there in the world, and the owners and employees of Schraer Heating and Cooling are some of best!"

When tri state sells you a product, they pitch their amazing customer service with all these guarnatees of knowing when your unit is out before you know and having someone there within 24 hours etc. Well, the first call we make we are told it will be the end of Nov to get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"
