I am a certified welder (welding for about 5 years) doing some side jobs after I get off work and on my off days, I’m doing metal repair and some fabrication. Specialize in Trailer repairs, trailer fencing, bar stools, exhaust repair, stainless and mild steel, are some things I can do. (If you have any other metal repair needs I am open to doing them if I think I can give you a great finished product) I do not do lazy jobs I take my time and give you an amazing finished product for under the price that any fab or repair shop would be willing to. In advance Thankyou for reaching out and let’s see what we can work out I’m doing free quotes as of right now.!

Metal Fabrication and Restoration questions, answered by experts

A few materials are most commonly used when it comes to building a frame for an outdoor kitchen: wood, steel, and concrete or brick. While there’s no best option overall, each material is better suited to different needs. Concrete and brick are typically more customizable than other options, but aren’t as resistant to inclement weather as steel. Wood is the most affordable pick, but it is more susceptible to rot, mildew, and heat than the others.

Steel, aluminum, and galvanized metal prove popular due to their strength, adaptability, and longevity in variable climates.

Professionally, sheet metal repair involves assessing the damage, cutting and shaping patches, and securing them with welding, riveting, or adhesive methods, depending on the required finish.

Common hardscaping materials include coated steel or iron, asphalt, stone, concrete, and brick. Coated steel or iron provide durability and style for fences and gates while asphalt is a wallet-friendly option for driveways. Stone brings timeless beauty to steps, patios, and walkways. Concrete pavers and slabs are cost-effective, though they require more upkeep than stone alternatives. For a classic, upscale look, brick works beautifully in walls, walkways, and patios. Each material brings its own charm, so pick what fits your budget, style, and functional needs.

To restore an appliance’s shine, clean the surfaces using a natural cleaning solution, and then use a mineral oil or olive oil and a soft microfiber rag to polish stainless steel surfaces in the direction of the graining. A little goes a long way, so dip the cloth in a small amount of oil. If you have any excess, continue with a dry part of the microfiber cloth to soak up any remnants.
