"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. Background: The Dugan Paint company was started in 1871 by Ernest Dugan and is currently in the fifth family generation of management. The company was first started as a paint and glass store as many similar businesses of its type were back then. In January of 1980 the glass and paint store split off into two separate companies and the paint company started its growth. In 1983 the second store was opened in Laurie, Missouri to service the Lake of the Ozarks area. At that time the area was experiencing tremendous growth and we soon saw that we could not provide the complete service to both sides of the lake from one location. In 1992 the third store was opened in Osage Beach, Missouri to serve what we called the east side of the Lake of the Ozarks. As business continued to grow in the Sedalia area, a need for a larger main facility was evident. In January of 1997 we completed our relocation from our 4,000 square foot location on west 16th street to our new 10,000 square foot location at 3103 Erika avenue. Also, that same month, January 1997, we took over the operations of the Zeke's Paint and Design center in Warrensburg, Missouri giving us our fourth store location. With the addition of the Warrensburg location we are able to circle our main store and warehouse with satellite locations making shipments efficient and timely. In January of 2000, our new facility in Warrensburg was completed and we moved from the downtown district to 709 East Hale Lake Road. In December of 2000, a 2000 square foot addition was completed at the Sedalia warehouse. As the Lake of the Ozarks area continued to grow, a need for additional warehouse and showroom space was needed so a new store location was created in Laurie at 120 Dogwood Lane and it was moved in February of 2003. Three new warehouses have been built or purchased since 2004 giving Dugan's Paint and Flooring Centers the ability to service our customers better than any other paint and flooring store in central Missouri.

"We requested tile and Grout cleaning as you advertised. I will say Calvin was on time and very professional! I had totally refurbished this house for resell and all that was left was the floor cleaning of the tile and grout in 2 large rooms. I expected the grout to be cleaned of all grime and residue and the tile to be shiny when done? I had swept and mopped all areas previously, no furniture was on the floors when Calvin arrived. His first process was to spray all areas with a cleaner (smelled like rug shampoo), I questioned the type of cleaner, he assured me it was for “tile & grout”. Then Calvin used the spray nozzle with a semi-stiff brush and proceeded to vacuum and sweep the areas. I questioned if this would be enough to clean the areas. Anyway all areas were wet with soap so I really had no choice but to have him continue. After drying, he sprayed a sealer on all areas. So, this whole process took approximately 1&1/2 hours. While he was figuring the bill I pointed out a couple of small areas at our feet (looked like small rust stain) and demonstrated to Calvin how to clean these with a drop of dish soap and a scrubbing pad, they cleaned up with a few strokes and a wipe with a paper towel. Calvin then informed me that the marble floor was dull upstairs and he could give me a contact that would be able to polish? I had told him before he started that I expected clean and shiny when done by Stanley Steemer!"
