Midwest Best Carpet Cleaning is family owned and operated since 1982. The owner (Jim Darnell) is involved with every job. We use professional truck mounted equipment to perform steam cleaning of carpet and upholstery and offer a very flexible schedule (including weekends) to accommodate your schedule. Midwest Best Carpet Cleaning has been working with Angie's List members twelve years now and is an Angie's List Super Service Award winner consistently. Rob (the technician) was friendly and very professional. He went above and beyond what was required, even removing stains that previous companies said could not be removed. The owner was very professional as well and responsive. My carpet looks amazing, much better than I expected. I am extremely pleased with my clean and I will certainly use them again.

Chris and Cody did an excellent job! Chris explained the process to me while Cody started setting up. Both men were friendly and professional. My carpets look like new and my bathroom tile is bright and shiny. I will be using them again.

The tech was professional and did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets. We had very minimal staining but the ones we had were removed.We had the master bedroom, spare bedroom, hall, two sets of steps and a family room cleaned. Was told dry time was about 6-8 hours. I just left it until the next day to return things to normal. I would use Midwest again.

Jim was very professional and knowledgeable. He was concerned about the treatment on one of the couches, but he did a small test area and it turned out great. I would definitely use them again. Reasonable prices, too.

Had 2 rooms cleaned that had really bad stains from prior owner and from a puppy. The gentlemen used some cleaning product and was able to really clean the stains out really well. One room looked like new, the other room was mostly free from stains except one spot that is probably a carpet replacer. Overall they did great work. Only comment was he didn't inform me until the end that he couldn't take credit card, luckily I just happened to have cash to pay him.

I have had other carpet cleaning companies clean my carpet over the years but this was my first experience with Midwest Carpet Cleaning. The young man who came did by far the best job we ever had on my carpets. He thoroughly applied cleaner over the rugs before cleaning and he took his time using the steam cleaner. Unlike some companies who are in and out as fast as they can this young man took his time and really gave the carpet a cleaning. I loved the work. The house actually smelled cleaner. I would highly recommend this company.

Awesome! A pleasant experience all around. We called Jim yesterday and he was able to get us on the schedule for today. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with these results. Drew arrived promptly, was very polite, explained his work, and even took care to wipe up the floor in the foyer on his way out. He was able to remove stains that have been here since we moved in and our 10 year old carpet looks new again. He truly left our home spotless!

I was extremely disappointed with the results. The primary reason for cleaning was to eliminate pet stains. I also paid extra for a deodorizer that was supposed to eliminate pet odors. The pet stains were only visible with a black light and there was absolutely no difference in the number of stains before and after the carpets were cleaned. In addition, the deodorizer was completely ineffective. My cat urinated in the same "problem area" within 2 weeks after having the carpet cleaned. Some of our carpet is white berber and it actually looked worse after the cleaning. Stains that hadn't been visible before were now very dark. They came back and spot cleaned but it didn't completely remove the new stains. I feel that my carpets look worse than before we had them cleaned. The one good thing I will say is that the owner was very responsive and professional. The person that came to the house was also very professional. However, I paid for clean carpets not good customer service.

"We are sorry you did not have a good experience as most of our customers have a much better experience with our services. We do our best in every situation, and our procedure is to come back out at no charge to redo any area that is not to your satisfaction. I believe you had some stain areas that had gone into the pad from the pets going in the same area which can come back worse sometimes as the carpet dries. Normally the deodorizer does well with pet odors to neutralize them, we have no control over a pet urinating again on the carpet though.? If I had known you were still unhappy we would have come back again and made sure it was the very best we could have done given the circumstances."

Drew did an awesome job! He did a thorough job in three hours. Carpets look wonderful and some areas were pretty badly stained. Looked like new when he finished.

They didn't get the stains out. The price was okay. The guy is really nice and punctual, but some of the stins didn't come out.
