We use professional truck mounted equipment to perform steam cleaning of carpet and upholstery and offer a very flexible schedule (including weekends) to accommodate your schedule. "We are sorry you did not have a good experience as most of our customers have a much better experience with our services. We do our best in every situation, and our procedure is to come back out at no charge to redo any area that is not to your satisfaction. I believe you had some stain areas that had gone into the pad from the pets going in the same area which can come back worse sometimes as the carpet dries. Normally the deodorizer does well with pet odors to neutralize them, we have no control over a pet urinating again on the carpet though.? If I had known you were still unhappy we would have come back again and made sure it was the very best we could have done given the circumstances."
"So sorry all the stains didn't come out. Sometimes they are set in by other chemicals or being too old. We always do our best and usually have good results."
