Within a few short days, he visited our home, surveyed the project, and provided a very reasonable estimate. A week later, he was on site to begin the task. Brett is extremely knowledgeable about home repairs, is meticulous in his work, and very considerate of his clients. The remodeling and repairs were done quickly and to perfection. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
