"Not at all satisfied with the service rendered. The gentleman I spoke to on phone seemed very responsible, but the guy that came out appeared to be a different person. Gentleman came with a blower. Now, I had a gutter monster on my gutters. He was done in a little least than fifteen minutes. Told me that my gutters really weren't dirty. I asked about the downspouts and was told anything that was in there came out. "this is a powerful blower". Left debris in my yard. Very disappointed with service. Angies list was running a special and I paid through them."

But they will still charge you for everything pointless that they did before then. First visit: Added R22 and left. It didn’t work ($377.50) Second and third visits: Replaced capacitor and left. It didn’t work. Came back and condemned the unit as unfixable. ($185). This is Peter’s in Columbia, MO."

But things must be changing, because the crew they sent to do the siding project was awful. It sucks to be the homeowner who has to vet crews that the company newly subcontracts. I'm upset that the project manager wasn't around more often to catch the shoddy work they were doing. Precision, to their credit, did agree to redo all the window wraps and some of the sloppy siding work. The company offered no apology or offered no pricing adjustment. If you go with this company, get information on the experience of the crew they are sending to your home."
