Too many contact people in the loop-often not aware of needs for the job due to conflicting information. Improperly installed resulting in leaking into the home, but were quick to address the issue and willing to pay for repairs. Good product, but confusing system.

They were referred to me by the engineer who laid out the septic system. They referred me to two different people and they were one of them. He was here when he was supposed to be here and worked throughout the day. He did what he said he would. He was punctual.
