"We had a serious damaged stucco wall on the front of the house. I called Jason at Tri County for an estimate, he was very prompt to call back and set an appointment to see the job and give me an estimate. We hired him to do the job, he told us when he would be here and estimated time to do the job and he did what he said he would do. We had a couple days of weather delays and he always called to let us know and re-schedule. Jason is the only contractor that communicated and did what he said he would do and when. His crew did an excellent job, if you every have need to repair stucco I would highly recommend Tri County."

Been in the handyman field for a while with some experience in deck building, siding, trim(interior and exterior), backsplash and tile work as well. Ive done some plumbing and garage door services and now for full time I build high end metal building! Quality and ingenuity is always in mind so you or the next customer loves their long term project!

Tiles in place and ready for grout. Adjustable fixtures were put in to maintain proper spacing with the new thicker backsplash

Eifs Installers questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can always make an existing window bigger, but the job complexity varies widely depending on the location of the window and the framing around it. Exterior walls are always load-bearing, so making windows wider will require structural changes that make for a more complex but doable project. Making windows taller often won’t require structural changes.

The primary benefits of an egress window include providing a safe emergency exit, increasing natural light in a space like a basement, and improving ventilation. Additionally, installing an egress window can often increase your property's value.

The proper way to install a window well is to measure the window, dig a hole deeper and wider than the window, place a drainage tube and cap, anchor the well to the foundation, caulk the seam, and backfill the hole. The job requires tools such as a hammer drill and auger and some heavy digging. Proper placement and window well installation are critical to preventing water from leaking into the window.

The cost to install a bow window can range from $1,500 to $15,000, with a national average of $3,900. The total price includes materials, which can cost between $1,200 and over $14,000, and labor, which typically adds $300 to $1,900. Several factors influence the final cost, including the window's size and frame material. For example, vinyl frames are the most budget-friendly option, while wood frames are more expensive. Custom features or energy-efficient upgrades will also increase the price. For comparison, a bay window installation typically costs between $1,000 and $7,000.

The cost of window installation depends on several factors, including the window type, size, and frame material. Labor rates, the need for custom sizing, and any required structural modifications will also influence the final price.
