"Tyler was first to respond to my request, came onto site on time, assessed the work that needed to be done, made a few suggestions, and gave me a price - all within 30 minutes! He came back the next day and completed the repair - better than I really expected and took $ off the quoted price because materials were not as expensive as he thought they might be.
