"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

He returned when he said he would, fixed what was discussed and then some (due to unseen rot) and fixed the pitch on one section of gutter that was causing one of the issues. The repairs took a bit longer (that was conveyed before proceeding) but it all looks great!! He cleaned up behind himself too, which doesn't always happen with some workers!!"
