"This was a BIG job. The house had old batten board siding that was rotted out in many places. We also had many windowsills that were deteriorating with dry rot. The PBA crew did work that was not only conscientious, it was masterful. They replace all of the rotten boards first, then applied the new siding, and covered all of the sills, soffits, etc with custom molded solutions. They didn't just cover things up with siding, they fixed the issues first. They caulked around all the windows, offered to replace our outdoor lighting at no extra labor charge, and installed cool looking borders around our exterior outlets and fixtures. Stepping back into the yard, it looks like a new house, and viewed up close, you can see that the crew knew what they were doing. I rarely feel this strongly about a company's delivery, but this was above and beyond excellent. Highly recommend."

"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

I LOVE MY REPLACEMENT WINDOWS AND SLIDING GLASS DOOR!  Their overall time management is terrible.

When the original call came in to say the windows were in and ready to be installed, a date and time was scheduled.  The scheduled date was December 17th and I was told to expect the installers to arrive between 8 to 10.  I took the day off from work.  Then I received a call telling me to expect them between 9 -11.  Since I had already scheduled another repair/maintenance I was not able to change my vacation request.  I got another call stating that they would arrive between 11 - 1.  They arrived closer to 1:00.  They were not able to finish that day and I was told about 6:30 pm that they would need to return the next day (Dec 18th).  I had to call my job the next morning to let them know that I needed to extend my vacation leave request.  When they installed the patio doors the correct trimming was not included with the doors and they had to trim and temporarily apply what they had been given.  We had to reschedule a different time for them to come to install the correct trim.  It was originally scheduled on a Saturday.  I had received numerous calls to reschedule the time for that day.  Finally, I was called and told because the weather was getting bad they were not able to make it at all.  So a Saturday morning was wasted waiting.  One day I got a call that they were in the area and was able to meet me to install the trim.  I missed a business lunch to meet with them to take care of the trim.  When I was hanging up the curtains on the patio door I noticed the streaks on the inside of both panels of the patio door.  I again had to schedule vacation time (February 12) to meet the installers to replace the patio door panels.  I took time off that morning from work because they were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10.  I got a call about 9:30 to say they were about an 1 1/2 hrs out but would get there ASAP.  They actually arrived a little after 10.  Once the panels were installed and the trim put back on it was a little after 11.  Luckily I was able to make it to work by noon.  That weekend I noticed there were cracks and pieces missing on the door trim they replaced so I called and sent a picture of the problem to Window World.  They had someone come out 4 different times before they got the right piece ordered and replaced.  Window World did call several times to apologize and to make sure I wasn't too inconvenienced.  After they got the correct piece order and the door fixed they haven't called or make any contact with me.

"My wife and I are very pleased with our whole-house installation of Marvin Infinity windows. We selected Marvin on the basis of reputation and our confidence in Bordner following replacement of our roof several years ago. "We had three windows replaced by Nu Sash. We had bids from several contractors and Nu Sash was competitive on their bid and offered a unique product for our application. Jim Poe was enjoyable to talk with and very low pressure on the sale. Actually, he was no pressure. He simply described the products and pricing and left it for us to decide. He came out a second time to demonstrate a product after we requested it. Albert and his crew showed up on time and installed the windows and trim wraps in a professional manner. They cleaned up the work areas and removed the old windows as agreed. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and all was handled in a professional and workman like manner. I will definitely contact them when I need windows in the future and would have no qualms recommending them to a friend."
