Funny, but honest mistake.  Having on-line access to the account really helps.  That how I notice the error in the first place.  Set up was easy; however, they should include a picture or measurements of the magnet parts that come with the sensors.  They have a particular shape that won't always fit certain door or window trims. Everything else was a breeze.  I recommend getting the touch screen panel.  The thing is pretty cool.  The monitoring has been good so far.  Of course these are the type of things you hope never to have to use."
