Our family owned and operated business ensures you get the same quality and value every time. Dan Bare will show up at your door and explain our state of the art process so it is easy to understand. Since the owner performs the services, you don't get someone making an hourly wage doing the cleaning, you get consistency and a commitment to stay until the job is done right and all the details are covered. We believe the best way to grow a business is to excel at what you do, so that customers tell others. We also understand "word of mouth" advertising only works when you provide quality service at a good price. With a 100% satisfaction guarantee, you have nothing to lose, why not give us a call today?

"Dan did an awesome job, I had two rooms, and an area rug cleaned. He was here for over two hours. The last company was here for thirty minutes, and it looked like it! I am now a Steamtec customer,"

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

While quartz holds up well against stains of all kinds, it isn’t completely resistant. Make sure to wipe up water and other liquids as soon as possible to prevent stains. If you spot water stains on your quartz countertops, you can clean quartz counters in just a few steps using simple household cleaners, like dish soap or baking soda paste.

No, soapstone does not crack easily. The softness of the material protects it from cracking but makes it prone to other types of damage such as scratches. Scratches may need to be buffed out occasionally using fine-grit sandpaper. You can also conceal minor scratches in your soapstone countertops by rubbing the surface with mineral oil.

Both buffing and polishing increase the longevity of your floors by removing scratches and buildup, but they are different processes. Polishing removes the top layer of your floor, removing surface-level scuffs and scratches. Buffing your floor involves filling the scratches and scuffs with a buffing solution. No matter which method you choose, you can rest assured that both techniques will leave your floor looking shiny and new.

Like most stones, limestone should be sealed. Its porous nature makes it prone to staining from spills, and the iron in the stone can cause it to turn yellow when exposed to moisture or harsh chemicals. Proper sealing can help prevent these problems and protect the stone's appearance.

You generally cannot change the color of the natural stone, such as making granite countertops darker or lighter. Some people claim that certain chemicals will lighten or darken granite, but those will damage the stone and not provide uniform, expected results, so it’s better not to try. Similarly, some people ask whether they can stain over granite. Granite is beloved for its stain-resistant finish, so you probably won’t get the best outcome if you try to stain over granite to make it darker.

Instead, consider honing, painting, or applying another material over the top of the granite to make it appear darker.
