We believed we should have received more $$ in our refund. Took them to small claims court. Who knows if they knew each other. Small town partnerships? We returned merchandise on December 21, 2021 - it took 5 months for a refund. Would DEFINITELY NOT USE THEM AGAIN. EVER"

"Had Scruggs install tile backsplash in kitchen. It?s horrible. Spacing looks like a child did it. When I called Scruggs they said it was because of the black grout. What does the color of the grout have to do with the placement of the tile. They didn?t use spacers. Scruggs just blew it off. "
