"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

The work took longer and was more complicated than initially anticipated so we mutually agreed on an adjusted rate, no complaints there. Carey is respectful and hard-working. Some days he would stay til late to work as he committed to finishing the work. In the end, it was well done and even though it took a bit longer than initially anticipated, he finished it, cleaned everything up. All in all, the price was very reasonable.
