"Sam was very professional. I had to cancel our first appointment and he worked with me and was very accommodating. He cleaned (there was NO mess), saved the ashes for my garden, and repairs our chimney. Since the chimney was not too damaged, he just fixed it at not additional cost. advice and after a free estimate performed the work.  He and his workers were courteous and professional at all times
