Michael showed up within 45 minutes of me contacting him on Memorial Day. His work is wonderful, pricing is excellent and he is a very nice guy. A great experience. This was for a Spring replacement.

Michael is fantastic!!!! We are repeat customers because he's always available, explains everything clearly, communicates by phone and text, and lets us know when he will arrive, so we can move our cars out of the garage and prepare. This time we scheduled ahead of a crisis, thinking we needed repair as the chain was drooping and noisy, but instead we needed a new garage opener unit, and being repeat customers, got pretty deep discount on the original model vs. the less quality spin offs, which is greatly appreciated! He explained options (there really weren't any - time to get a new one), installed it, explained the garage controller, reminded me we needed to order a surge protector plug, and showed us where to lubricate (rails, hinges and spring- not opener) every 6 mos., and helped my hubby get his Audi programmed. The new ones come w/a phone app too. I can't say enough great things about Michael and 911 Garage Door Repair Pros- he sure is one we can count on. Thanks Michael!

Michael and his son were so nice and helpful! He guided me through installing the app to use with my new opener. Michael gave me options instead of saying I must get a brand new unit. Had I decided to go the cheaper route, he even said heâ d give me $$ off whenever we decided to replace the nearly 20 year old unit. My husband and I decided to go ahead and buy a brand new opener, and they were able to install it the very same day. Very responsive (answered on a Sunday afternoon), good communication (always texted when the tech was on the way), understood the issue quickly (when Michael first arrived he knew within 5 minutes what was wrong and why i had the issue), offered multiple options (a repair option to last me another year or a more full solution and also in between options as well), and very knowledgeable (every question I asked he provided a very knowledgeable answer that clearly showed he had a lot of experience with garage doors and garage openers).

Michael went above and beyond . Not only did he finish within an hour but spotted an error in the wiring system that an inexperienced DIYer or an inexperienced technician would have overlooked. My experience with 911 Garage Door Repair Pros was great. I had been having trouble with my garage door opener; sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Communication was easy, Michael was punctual, explained the problem after a thorough check, and everything is working great now. I would definitely use him again.

The owner of the company arrived at my home, took measurements, gave me options, decided ti replace both springs. He was done in less than 20 minutes BY HIMSELF. He stated he had been doin this for 17 years and it shows. He was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend him and his business to anyone.

I highly recommend 911 Garage Door Repair Pros. On Sunday evening, my partner came home from work and could not get the garage door to fully open. The garage door ascended 1/4 of the way, descended, and then ascended again 1/4 of the way and remained there. We had a broken spring but at that time, we could not tell because the partially raised garage door was obstructing its view. After spending some time searching for companies online, we settled on 911 Garage Door Repair Pros because of the great yelp reviews and comments about reasonable pricing. I called on Sunday at around 8:30pm and someone picked up the phone! Michael replied that he would be able to come out the next day in the early afternoon (this was Labor Day!). Michael came out on Labor Day and did a great job replacing our garage door springs but also went above his duty and resealed the seal strips on our garage door, which seemed to have been installed somewhat quickly and haphazardly by the builders of our relatively new house. The cost of parts and labor were reasonable and well within the range for the pricing for spring replacements done by a professional (the company also provides a warranty for parts and labor). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from this company and happy that I was able to quickly return to my normal routine once my car was not trapped inside the garage anymore!

He replaced my original system with state of the art equipment, was patient as Job in explaining how it all works to an elderly woman (me - who knew nothing about these things even when young). The price was very reasonable and the service superb. Any question I've had since, Michael's been extraordinarily polite and responsive. You can trust this company explicitly.

I would highly recommend this company! Michael did an amazing job. My garage door stopped working so I called Thursday morning and Michael was at my house that afternoon.
