"One of them spilled paint and got it on his shoes and tracked it through my new flooring in my home. Their was a language barrier and it was hard to communicate with them. Repairs were guaranteed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and they didn't take care of nail pops and other repairs that they had originally promised to do. Josh was willing to give me $200 off the labor cost to have someone else make the repairs. Lastly, I had 70% of my outlets and switches that had paint on them."

Erin (owner) executed the job in the time frame promised, at the skill level I expected from a professional painting contractor, and at a reasonable price. Her attention to detail in selection of paint quality and the number of coats required for a professional end result set the stage for the remainder of the job. Wall preparation included removal of switch and outlet plates, patching where needed, sanding of the walls in preparation for the paint application, caulking of windows and baseboards where needed, and protection of newly refinished and carpeted floors resulted in a wonderful experience for me as the home owner and a gorgeous end result. Erin even suggested an improvement to the dining area tray ceiling that just set that room apart. I would give this professional ten stars, if that option was available and I will use them again."
