"Mike was able to assess the needs of the job using text messages and photos sent from my phone. He arrived on time on the day of the job and observed proper coronavirus precautions and wore a mask while in my home. The new TV was a difficult install that the Geek Squad couldn't handle. Mike was able to construct a new mount out of sight within the cabinet which would allow the screen to fit flush with the frame and yet easy to manipulate so the cables could be accessed. When completed, everything looked neat and professional."
