"At first glance, the house looked great after it was cleaned. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was done correctly?. A lot of things were missed. No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."

"I called the Window Gang yesterday to get an approximate time they would be here. I received a text that Ryan was on his way. He arrived at our driveway at 10:18 am. My husband went outside to check on him about ten minutes after he arrived. He was already gone by 10:30 am. I checked our ring doorbell and saw him putting his ladder back in his truck at 10:25 am. At 10:31 I received a survey from the Window Gang about the job. At 10:35 am I received an invoice for the supposed completed job @ the estimate price of $195.00. I called the company and was assured that Ryan had been on the roof and all of our gutters were clean. How he could check everything out that quickly is unbelievable! He never even went around the house. Charlene from Window Gang said she would call and have him come back. I told her not to bother if that is all he was going to do. A short time later we saw Ryan on a ladder toward the back of our house. We went outside to check side and I told him that was a new room- less than a year old. He showed us that he was taking pictures of the gutter ps and they were ALL clean, a couple of the pictures showed dark stuff in the gutters. I asked if he was going to clean that are and he looked at me as if I were asking him to go to the moon. He left without ever cleaning anything or turning on any water to even pretend like he was cleaning. Therefore, I do not believe we should pay The Window Gang for a job they didnt even start- let alone FINISH!"
