We were attempting to replace the dryer vent connection from the dryer to the connection to the crawl space due our feeling that it was clogged.  When we took off the dryer vent connection to the floor vent, there was water in it.  We became alarmed at the amount of water in the clogged lint, so we thought that we had better call a plumber.  My father-in-law had used Reed's recently and was satisfied with their services.  In contacting them on a Saturday afternoon, they offered the option to wait until Monday morning which would reduce the rate by half and they would also be able to obtain the proper connection to service the vent.  They arrived on time on Monday.  They replaced not only the dryer connection but the connection from the floor to the crawl space and to the outside discharge exit.  For all the work that they performed the charge was $106!  Not only were we thrilled at the job that they did, but to only charge $106 for almost two hours of work was exceptional.  Dryer is working better than it ever has, now that the connection has been replaced.  Highly recommend Reed's Plumbing.

"The work completed was acceptable. However, he failed to finish one of the tasks, but he did adjust the price since he did not complete it. He left quite a mess in my garage and yard. There is a 3 by 3 section of my grass that I had to tear out because it was plastered with ceramic tile thin set. There was also thin set residue on my landscaping blocks and bushes. I picked up pieces of ceramic tile out of my yard and all over my garage floor. When I contacted him about cleaning up the mess, he offered many excuses but then became upset when I asked him to come clean it up. I simply wanted him to clean up the mess and he yelled at me over the phone. Furthermore, he ended up blaming me because I had offered to help during the projects if needed. So I guess he figured my help would be cleaning up his mess after he left and he told me this via text message. If you ever hire this person, you should communicate direct expectations on the cleanliness of your environment before he leaves. He also indicated he would begin work at 9:00 am each day (stating he would work 9-5pm) but he did not show up until almost 11:00 am on most days. Based on his behavior after the job was completed and he was paid, I would not recommend hiring this individual."
