"Remodel went smoothly from beginning (choosing what I wanted & colors) to finished work. The designer/sales person, Ben arrived to give estimate of price and work needed complete with samples, prices and ideas. He was not pushy trying to get the job, but had some ideas I hadn't considered. If their price didn't match my budget, Ben helped with other ways to help with the price. When all was done and contract signed 1/2 of payment was due at that time. It took about 2 months to start the work and 3 days to finish it. Daniel, the installer, laid down runners to keep the carpet clean while coming in and out of the house. At the end of day the cleaned up the bathroom and stored his equipment out of the way. He also made sure the entry way and porch was free of debris before leaving. If I had any questions about the work, he would take the time to explain.When time to install the hand rails and height of shower head we worked together to get it where best for me. Not many companies have workers who are proud of their work but Daniel was. Some were surprised when done that none of the wall paper had been damaged. An oak cabinet (floor to ceiling) was installed in old shower spot and it's just perfect . The final payment was due on completion. A shower curtain was put up until the door was installed. Top Tier contacted another company to install the shower door. They came and measured, ask some questions and said in about a week the door would be ready to install. Installation was right on time and my remodel couldn't be any better, just what I had in mind."

"Branson, Mo. is where work was done. Company has a great attitude and seems more interested in taking care of the customer instead of making a buck. Here is how this happened. I wanted my air ducts cleaned because I had a water leak and after the clean up (I did myself, which I will never do again. To much stress trying to figure it out. Should have just hired a pro.) I wanted to make sure if there was any mold that the ducts were clear/clean of mold spurs. The company that I was going to have clean the ducts wanted a Pro to inspect the area before he would send a crew out to clean the ducts. So, I wound up getting David from Green Planet Mold to come out and inspect the affected area. His office was great keeping me informed on when he was coming out and David himself stayed in contact as well. David showed up, looked the area over and said he did not find any signs of suspected fungal growth in the bathroom and laundry room. My elderly mother lives with me and my wife, so this was a relief. He gave me some tips on some other things I should do, how to do it and what products to use. In fact, he made another trip to the house to drop of some non-toxic professional cleaner to help finish up the job. When I asked him about doing a test so I could get a company to come out and clean the ducts he said the test was not necessary and I was spending unnecessary money. He also recommended a company to clean the ducts and said he would call them personally and have them get in touch with me. That all happened and the company that is cleaning the ducts, LCS Kleene Aire, will be here in 4 days to complete the job. Although the work is not finished yet, I am a lot closer then I was a week ago and have some peace of mind that the health of my family is being taken care of. Lesson learned from all this. Hire a pro from the beginning. Yeah, I may have saved some money, but at what possible cost. I would have avoided the stress and lost sleep, not to mention all the time I spent doing the job and worrying about doing right. "The Plumbers Plumber did an excellent job putting in a custom shower for me in my basement. It took 2 days, the finished product is perfect, and the price was definitely doable. They went above and beyond for me. Even coming out a week.esrly because I was on vacation that week. These guys were very professional, nice, and cleaned up after themselves. We were attempting to replace the dryer vent connection from the dryer to the connection to the crawl space due our feeling that it was clogged.  When we took off the dryer vent connection to the floor vent, there was water in it.  We became alarmed at the amount of water in the clogged lint, so we thought that we had better call a plumber.  My father-in-law had used Reed's recently and was satisfied with their services.  In contacting them on a Saturday afternoon, they offered the option to wait until Monday morning which would reduce the rate by half and they would also be able to obtain the proper connection to service the vent.  They arrived on time on Monday.  They replaced not only the dryer connection but the connection from the floor to the crawl space and to the outside discharge exit.  For all the work that they performed the charge was $106!  Not only were we thrilled at the job that they did, but to only charge $106 for almost two hours of work was exceptional.  Dryer is working better than it ever has, now that the connection has been replaced.  Highly recommend Reed's Plumbing.

They even fixed mistakes in another bathroom that we had had remodeled by another company and it turned out lovely as well. I feel the price was reasonable as the bathroom they had to remodel was in very poor shape. They always cleaned up after themselves and arrived when they said they were going to I am very happy with them and will use them again."
