The crawl space work was not pleasant but was able to repair termite damage. Fortunately was able to alter cabinets so they can get their appliances installed. "It seems to me the homeowners are under a lot of stress considering they are trying to get their house sold in time for their move. He told me he wanted the cheapest price possible, I was $2500.00 under the other contractor's bid. The reason I was late was because of the ice storms. I should of cancelled as would most contractors, on top of that I was sick. I still came so as to help them get it down asap. One night I barely made in home. The night I left where I did leave some mess in the yard was because another ice storm was coming. There was not tile all over their garage floor. Their dog kept barking at me excessively and made it very stressful, it was very disrepectful. When I left everything seemed fine. The next morning he called demanding I get over there and clean it up. He was not willing to hear me out so I did get upset."
