I called Mike Hagen Electric on Monday the 10th to schedule an appointment. The electrician called me back later that day since they schedule their own appointments. We set it up for Friday morning, the 14th. He showed up on time Friday morning. He quickly replaced all of the old outlets and switches. We have used Mike Hagen Electric multiple times. I like that they don't mind if our job is small. They are awesome at coming out to fix our problems or take care of any other issues we have.

They were prompt, considerate, honest and their work was good too! Because we had done work with them previously and the situation was urgent they did not make us wait to get a contract in the mail.

Mike Hagen Electric "couldn't find" this product when I initially asked for it. I had to call an electrician in Colorado to get the information for Mike Hagen Electric (my opinion is that they are comfortable doing what they've done in the past). I have had this units in a previous home, my sister-in-law has them, no problems. Closing for this (new construction) house was 3/17/2008. I moved in on 3/21/2008. I have contacted Mike Hagen Electric numerous times to check the fan for the heater (the heater comes on, but the fan has a delay). The electrician that they have sent out, just stands and looks at the unit. One of the units finally sparked and quit working entirely. Mike Hagen Electric did replace that unit. The unit in question continues to have this delay (I think that when you flip the switch on something electrical, it should turn on). I have asked Mike Hagen Electric to contact NuTone on my behave to see about replacing this unit. Mike Hagen Electric is now telling me that the unit was purchased on 10/11/2007 and is out of warranty.
