Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. Jeh Johnson is an affable young man who has facilitated all phases my prject and has even taken time to educate me on all the intricacies involved in a project such as mine. I cannot think of any single word to describe my experience with Ethos Building Group LLc but the forgoing will have to suffice. Thanks you for your kind attention. "Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"Excel told they could replace my roof without any leaking. First time it rained it started leaking in 1 spot. They came out next morning and attempted to fix saying it was probably from high winds while raining and put a little more sealant on a joint but now it’s leaking again and it’s not raining that hard nor much wind this time. I will follow up to let everyone know if they get this fixed. My confidence is fading and if you got a new roof from Excel Metal roofing I wouldn’t just assume it’s not leaking, investigate and pop a few panels to see it there are any signs of leaking, just b/c you can’t see it does not mean it’s dry underneath!"

"Randolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!"
